Our food additives department is divided into two international trade activities
Hydrocolloids
For hydrocolloids, everything starts with a rigorous selection of our partners in Asia and Europe. Do you need a solution adapted to your recipe? Our team of engineers conducts R&D tests in the laboratory to find the product that will best suit your needs.
Then the test is reproduced at the customer’s site, in the laboratory and on an industrial scale, with one goal in mind: to always guarantee the stability of the product’s functionality
Common Additives
For common additives, we speak of “simple” trading.
However, there is nothing simplistic about this activity since we carefully choose suppliers for the quality of their goods.
After analyzing their ranges in terms of quality and regulations, we put our network in competition and then select the offer with the most advantageous price.

Tailor-made support
